Our Story
RWP's story begins where many great ideas do: in a conversation. An online motorsport community brought together five women from different corners of Brazil — each with her own background and story, but all sharing the same passion and the same feeling that something needed to change.
Distance was never an issue. Motorsport was the thread that tied five enthusiasts together around a common goal. And as the conversations grew deeper, so did the realization: Brazilian motorsport was leaving enormous opportunities on the table.
Talented Brazilian drivers were competing without the backing they deserved. Brazilian brands had no real strategic pathway into one of the most exciting and fast-growing sports markets in the world. And quietly, something powerful was happening in the background: women were transforming motorsport.
Today, 3 out of every 4 new fans of the sport are women — a shift that is reshaping audiences, expanding brand reach and opening doors that many have yet to walk through.
Female representation in motorsport goes well beyond the grandstands. It lives in the drivers breaking barriers in historically male-dominated categories, in the professionals stepping into leadership roles within teams, and in the managers changing the way the sport is run and communicated. RWP was built to amplify these voices and make sure this momentum keeps growing.
From that shared vision, the Racing Women's Project was founded in 2026 with a clear mission: to connect Brazilian brands to motorsport in a meaningful and strategic way, to raise the visibility of Brazilian drivers and to help build a sport that is more diverse, more open and fairer for everyone.
We are just getting started — but we know exactly where we are going. RWP is here to fill a gap that has long needed filling, and to build, one project at a time, a new standard for sports marketing in Brazil."
